Abby was an excellent host—very responsive and incredibly accommodating throughout our stay. The house was super cute, very clean, and surprisingly spacious, which made it perfect for our group. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we easily Ubered downtown, which was only about 3 miles away. There was also a tenant staying in the carriage house during our visit, and we never heard them at all, which shows how private and well set up the space is. Overall, it was a great place to stay with a wonderful host. I would definitely recommend Abby’s place and would happily stay again!

This home was perfect for my friends and me! The home was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in was smooth and easy, and the host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience in Pensacola. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free getaway!

Abby's place was beautiful, up to date and provided everything we needed for our stay. Abby was a wonderful host providing clear instructions and local recommendations. We decided last minute to take a quick family trip and she was gracious in accommodating me and my family of 5 on such short notice. My toddler loved the smaller bed in one of the guest bedrooms, while my oldest two enjoyed their own beds and bathrooms. The space was clean and spacious. We felt right at home. I highly recommend Abby's place and would love to stay here again!

We enjoyed our time staying with the host. Just a few minutes drive to Palafox area, easy to get to the beach area, good brewery and restaurants nearby. The house was very spacious and well maintained.

This place was awesome and honestly felt like home the moment I walked in. Big, welcoming entrance, spacious living room, and just a really comfortable vibe overall. Super easy to find, tons of parking, and getting inside was simple and stress-free. The kitchen deserves a shoutout, spotless, well organized, and stocked with genuinely high-quality equipment. You can tell this was once a real family home, not just a rental, because everything you’d actually want or need is already there (which is rare). Great furniture and beds. The host was fantastic: friendly, responsive, flexible, and always proactive. She made everything easy and was genuinely pleasant to communicate with, which makes a big difference. The location is great too, quiet and peaceful, but still walkable to really good restaurants, with a nearby park that’s perfect for a stroll. Plenty to do without feeling busy or noisy. All around, a 10/10 experience. I’d happily stay here again and would absolutely recommend it.

The guesthouse on Hatton was a nice little spot for an affordable price in east hill! Abby was a great host - between being incredibly responsive and extremely helpful with local recommendations, we felt right at home
