The Hatton House is professionally designed as a stylish and spacious family-friendly paradise newly built in the historic neighborhood of East Hill. Keyless entry is provided through two private entrances to the home's rear and front. Upon entering this fantastic home, you will enter the elegant main living space or one of the multiple master suites. The main living space is bright and modern, surrounded by large windows, high ceilings, and custom-designed lighting and decor features unique to the Hatton. The full kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. It will make any chef proud, with seating provided at a large centrally located bar and dining room table that welcome even the largest family. For nightly entertainment, a smart tv has been mounted on a free-moving stand. This property offers an elegant atmosphere and a safe environment for children of all ages. Numerous amenities can be found throughout the home to support any parent traveling with children of all ages. A private second-story balcony is also available for the parents or any guest looking to get away to enjoy the Florida sunshine or evening stars with either a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our place is centrally located in Pensacola on East Hill, a charming and historic neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet. We are just minutes from the Pensacola International Airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! We are next door to Jitterbug Beverage Co. for coffee in the mornings and Alga Brewery for a local craft beer in the evenings. There are also several local favorites to grab a bite to eat, like Brown Bagger Food Truck, The Magnolia, and East Hill Pizza.
Guest Access
You are given exclusive access to the entire house during your stay with a unique keypad entry code for your reservation at both the front and rear of the house. Two driveway parking spots are available for you located at the front and rear of the property between the garage and the main house. Additional parking is available and free on the street lit by a streetlight at night for additional vehicles. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard area with a fire pit and use the BBQ grill.
