The Hatton Guesthouse is a spacious modern retreat in Pensacola's most historic and influential neighborhood, right next to Alga Brewery and local eateries. Walkable to everything! Built-in 2022, the space boasts soaring ceilings and a professionally design interior with luxurious linens, bedding, and a full kitchen. A fire pit and BBQ are also located on the property, with firewood provided, and are highly encouraged to be used to enjoy evenings with family or friends.

The Hatton Guesthouse sits atop a private flight of stairs that provides a beautiful view of the gardens of the East Hill and the historic John Sunday's Cottage. Once atop the stairs, you will enter through a keyless entry into an open and bright house specifically designed with your comfort in mind. The main living space has a West Elm sofa that doubles as a queen-sized bed with a crafted multi-tiered oak coffee table. For nightly entertainment, a smart tv has been mounted on a free-moving stand with access to all media subscription services. The full kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and will make any chef proud. At the end of your day, refresh in a spa-like full bath before making your way to the bedroom to drift away into a luxurious king-sized bed with fine bedding and linens. If you desire relaxation and enjoyment, this is the place for you.

Our place is centrally located in Pensacola on East Hill, a charming and historic neighborhood that is peaceful and quiet. We are just minutes from the Pensacola International Airport, downtown restaurants and bars, and Pensacola Beach! We are next door to Jitterbug Beverage Co. for coffee in the mornings and Alga Brewery for a local craft beer in the evenings. There are also several local favorites to grab a bite to eat, like Brown Bagger Food Truck, The Magnolia, and East Hill Pizza.
Guest Access
You are given exclusive access to the entire guesthouse during your stay with a unique keypad entry code for your reservation. One driveway parking spot is available for you, with free parking on the street lit by a streetlight at night for additional vehicles. You are welcome to enjoy the backyard area with a fire pit and use the BBQ grill.
